The KING needle felt separation layer, used for separating different layers in roofing, is made of needle felt and is available in drill-resistant and non-drill-resistant. This separation layer keeps oil products, such as Bitumen and EPS, from coming into contact with PVC. PVC roofing can withstand chemicals, but not organic solvents such as oil products. KING's polyester separation layers provide the proper separation between these components.
